This notice explains what information Call Winly collects through callwinly.com, the Winly chat and WhatsApp, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what we need to reply to you and show you Winly, and we never sell your information.

Who we are

Call Winly is an AI receptionist company. We are responsible for the information you share with us on this website. You can reach us through our contact page or on WhatsApp at +254 769 805 001.

What we collect

• Book Demo and Contact forms: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, and anything you write in the form, such as call volume or your message.
• The Winly chat: the messages you send and Winly's replies, the page you were on, and any contact details you choose to share in the chat.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number, name and messages, as with any WhatsApp conversation.
• How you found us: a simple label such as "instagram" or "google", taken from the link you clicked, so we know which ads work.
• Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, arrange your demo and answer your questions.
• To follow up about Call Winly's services if you asked us to contact you.
• To improve Winly's answers and our website, by reading past chats and seeing which pages and ads work.
• To keep the website secure, for example by limiting how many messages one visitor can send.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to Call Winly.

Chats are with an AI and are saved

The Winly chat is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Each chat is saved so our team can read it and follow up. Please don't share sensitive information such as health details, financial account numbers or passwords in the chat. For legal, medical or financial questions, speak to a qualified professional.

Who helps us run the website

We use a few trusted providers to run the website. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it from attacks, provides the visit statistics and keeps each chat conversation for 24 hours while it is in progress.
• Google stores form submissions and chat records in our private Google account.
• Anthropic provides the AI model that writes Winly's chat replies. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to produce each reply.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries any conversation you start with us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers process information outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual and security protections.

How long we keep it

Chat conversations in progress are deleted from Cloudflare after 24 hours. Form submissions and chat records are kept in our Google account for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, and we delete them when you ask us to unless we have to keep them by law.

Information stored in your browser

The website keeps your chat and the "how you found us" label in your browser's session storage, so the chat survives moving between pages. It is cleared when you close the tab. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, laws such as Kenya's Data Protection Act, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, contact us through the contact page or on WhatsApp, and we'll reply within 30 days.

Children

Call Winly is a service for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
